What Kind Of Diet Plans Do The Celebrities Use?

It is amazing that the celebrities will gain weight for some roles and then lose weight for others and they seem to do this without any kind of sweat being exerted. (Or so it would seem based on the Tabloids’ reporting!) What are some of the weight loss secrets do they have up their sleeves? What are their diet plans?

First, here are a lot of them that do participate in the so-called FAD diets. They have diet plans all been known to employ things such as the Master Cleanse diet.

The Master Cleanse diet employs a special drink made with lemon juice, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and, of course, water! They have documented awesome proof of up to 20 pounds lost in two weeks!

One famous actress uses the Cabbage Soup diet! A model has all the luck in the world with the raw food diet and yet another model uses the cookie diet!

The problem with these fad diets is that the weight loss is fast and unsustainable. They have to revert, after that, to eating sensibly, again!
